1. The Ministry Fair is this Sunday, September 5th.  Come and learn about the St. Thomas ministries available to you this coming year.  There will be an old fashioned barbeque after the 10:30 service.

2. High School Youth Group begins this Sunday, September 5th from 6 -8:00.

3. Sunday School & Children's Chapel begin Sunday, September 12th.  Sunday School 9:15 am - Children's Chapel at 10:30 am

4. Church and school offices will be closed Monday, September 6th for Labor Day.

5. Choir Members (and anyone interested in joining the choir) - rehearsals begin this coming Wednesday, September 8 at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary.

6. Book Club meets Tuesday, September 7 at 10:00 am in the Library

7. EfM classes begin Tuesday, September 7 at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room

8. Habitat for Humanity build begins Friday & Saturday, September 10 & 11. Call Lori Harmon to sign up or for information 493-8959 or e-mail her at dharmon83@sbcglobal.net

9. The next Baptismal Preparation Class will be held Saturday, September 11th from 9 am to 12 noon in Gosnell Hall.  We need to know if you plan

to attend by Friday, September 3rd -- 494-3507.

10. Upper Crust Visit to Haven for Hope is Thursday, September 16. Upper Crusters! Plan on coming with us for a informational tour of this new facility. We will leave the front parking lot of the church at 9:15 am to carpool to the facility.  Please call the church office - 494-3507 - by September 8th if you plan to attend.  Also, look for the sign-up

sheet at the Ministry Fair.

11. Men's Meat Burning is Thursday, September 16, 6:30 pm at the home of Victor Rodriguez, 2530 Rim Oak.  Signup sheet and directions are on the bulletin board.

12. Ladies Night Out with dinner is also Thursday, September 16, 6:30 pm at the home of Kate Beebe; 9819 Astronaut.

13. St. Thomas Golfers - next outing is Saturday, September 18 at Mission del Lago Municipal Golf course.
